How far in advance should I place my order?

the sooner the better. But we recommend a minimum of 4 weeks before the date of your event if possible. We can sometimes accommodate requests on a shorter notice if possible.

For weddings, please aim to submit your request 4-6 months before the date. anything under the 6 month mark of the wedding date, we ask that you please reach out as soon as possible.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We are located in the west end of Kingston on development drive. The delivery fee will be calculated accordingly at the time of booking. Number of items and sizing is factored into the delivery cost.

DO i need to make a deposit for my order?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order. The remaining 50% is due 1 week prior to the pick up or drop off date.

For weddings, we can retain $100.00 to save the date that will be used towards your final total. 2 months out a 50% deposit will be required and final payment minimum 2 weeks prior to the wedding.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my order?

If you need to cancel within 1 week, a refund minus 30% will be offered. with less than 72h notice, a refund minus 50% will be offered.

Do you offer any gluten free/nut free/dairy free/vegan items?

Gluten free: most cakes and cupcake flavours can be accommodated to be baked gluten free using out 1:1 gluten free baking flour (except for lemon cakes)

Nut free: although most of our recipes don’t include nuts, we are not a nut free kitchen and cannot guarantee any cross contamination. We have decided that we would like to be able to offer peanut butter, pecans, walnuts and pistachios to our clients. Please take this into consideration if you have a nut or peanut allergy

Dairy free/vegan: we offer 2 cake flavours (carrot and chocolate) that fall under the vegan category that classify as dairy free. The buttercream can be made with a vegan butter. Please note that the cost for vegan items are higher, and will be accurately reflected in your final total.

I require a cake stand for display. Do you provide stands?

Yes! We offer a variety of cake stands, cupcake stands, flat boards, doughnut walls that are available to rent.

There is a security deposit of $50.00 that will be returned to you once the stand is returned to our kitchen safely and undamaged. all rentals must be returned within 48h.

Do you offer cake tastings?

Currently we offer cake tastings twice a year. Please keep an eye out for announcements on our instagram page.

Where are you located?

We are located on Development Drive in the West end of Kingston, ON. We are a home bakery, therefore the address will be provided prior to pick up.

Are you health inspected?

The kitchen has been inspected by KFL&A public health unit and we are a fully licensed business in the City of Kingston.
